Banning them will not get rid of them, it'll just be sweeping them under a metaphorical rug to conceal them from most of the public.

However, like any vermin, being "under the rug" is just another place for them to grow unimpeded from public scrutiny as they will seek to spread by means of the underground scene whilst most people will just say "their party has been banned so it means there is no more racism".
