Also, I like how this cover gives a massively different lyrical meaning. The original was like "Yeah, I'll burn your face and kick your shins, grrr, look how different I am to you". But this is more about metaphorical fires, love it.

I like the original version of this song but, this is great. By slowing it down, it gives the lyrics way more meaning. I think it's ignorant to call someone an "emo" just because they like this song. Not certain about this one yet as a song in its own right but I do like how they've taken the song and made it in their own image (which is exactly the point of a cover, not just to ape the original). This one took me some time to get used to. I couldn't tell if I liked it or if I was listening to it out of hope that it'd grow on me.

That time paid off, cause this is probably one of my favourite songs now, because it's similar to Hear You Me and yet the lyrics keep the rage you get from the Prodigy but rather than the in-your-face style, it's hidden underneath.

Stick with it and you'll begin to appreciate it

I think it's interesting to see how a song is done and interpreted one way, and then someone comes along and uses the exact same lyrics and does it a different way. It gives the song a completely different meaning and evokes different emotions. While the original was energetic and in-your-face, this one is slower and sounds kind of regretful. I like them both, but I like this one better. Just my opinion. :)

Simply one of the best songs of Jimmy Eat World, the Prodigy version is great too but this one its simply PERFECT.

Try listening "My Morning Jacket - Rocket Man" (Elton John cover) and you will again discover a PERFECT version for a great song.
