I live In Ventura County, CA. I've also checked out your other pieces, I think they're good. Your choices for lenses and filters are good ones and despite what you think of your work--there are a lot of people who like them.
@SamKarns Thank you for the compliment. I actually cringe when I look at this. Knowing how good it could have really been. But we did a decent job with what we had at the time. Where are you located?
I HAVE A T2I WHAT LENSE I NEED FOR THIS LOOK. ND WHEN I UPLOAD IT WILL IT LOOK LIKE THIS BECAUSE WHEN I UPLOAD A REGULAR VIDEO IS DOESNT COME OUT AS CLEAR
Any lens when properly focused will look clear. When you render the video use h.264 in either 720p or 1080p high quality. That should make your videos look better on youtube.
@syberfilm u have number because i think im doing something wrong my videos arent coming out as clear as myy friend and we have the same lens and camera .
When you render the video out. Make sure you render it out as high quality as possible, I render them out at H.264 High Quality 720p or 1080p, Then upload them to youtube.
Most quality issues have to do with the final render settings when you are rendering out your final product.
I liked the first shot a lot but the second one bugged me slightly since you entered the frame out of focus, still though the first shot is one of the best clips I've seen using the T2i
interesting idea! and i love the atmosphere! excellent work my friend. Would a behind the scenes glimpse be possible of how you did the first shot where he runs off from the cam.. ? :) cheers
I was under a parking garage when I shot the first scene and under the awning where he is running two in the second. We only had the one camera so no behind the scene footage on this one.. But more will be coming over the months.. We have some great shots planned.
@syberfilm i see :) well i do look forward to seeing more from you and your clips inspired me to bring out my own Nikon D5000 when i have my four week off of work shortly and shoot at least one or two shorts of my own :D cheers

@mccraykennet you really need to sort out priorites and actually learn about the $800 piece of equipment you so generously have...

@mccraykennet It's not only the filming, but the after-processing, use color correction to give your videos that movie-like look ;) Good Luck

The guy kinda reminds me of an older Tobey Maguire. Anyways, cool video! I'm getting the same camera pretty soon.
