Synth chords with Sounds To Sample Progressive Synth Bundle

Hello I wanted to ask you which program you recommend Ableton Live 8 or Logic because I want to make dubstep and I don't know which to choose from because they both look like great softwares I just want which ever makes better dubstep synths and basses please write back :)
