I'm not exactly sure why, but when he demonstrates the 3-fold symmetry of the banana and says, "there are three equal parts to it, did you know that?" it makes me giggle.

In addition to the giggle-induced moment I just shared, I thought I would also mention that his books have been incredibly helpful for me and recommend them to the highest degree to anyone interested in the mind, and how to deal with the more unpleasant emotions and thoughts we all have.
