As a woman if i gain weight it is a problem, but when men gain weight they get away with it...that sucks though..when i gained weight everyone told me to lose it because it was an issue...i doubt anyone would tell that to you...you are a man after all

my god your abs. lose weight, the basic step is to eat really really slow so you dont need to have so much food on your meals. cut down potatoes, rice, pasta: eat your steak or fish only with tomatoes, cucumber, stuff like that. at lunch or dinner it isnt so hard, the most diffucult for me is to resist those crazy desires to eat chocolate. when i do, well, just make sure you work out at low after :) good luck!
