Wow! I just went out and tried 3 flips and double flips and your tips worked wonders! In 8 years of skating I have never figured out three flips or doubles, and the trick is in the scoop forward! It makes a huge difference on 360 shuvits too! and the downward kick motion makes doubles seem easy!
