Cheap trade with China, shipping manufacturing jobs overseas, outsourcing to India, rising household debt, lax oversight over Wall Street. What did Bill Clinton deliver in his 8 years in office? Health Care? Did he solve the social security crisis? Medicare? What did he go out on a limb for without triangulating his position by the polls first? Did he make govt run smoother?
