  • This is it, electronic music turning into the finest art ever...

  • Holy shit this keeps getting better and better!!

  • i dont understand how you people can be so limited with an artist. everything this guy does is fucking gold. open your ears

  • Heard this on the Mary Anne Hobbs show last week. Hooked me right away.

    Thanks for the free download.

  • AWW YEA !!!

  • @meu02136 Maybe it's a subjective thing...? Just a thought...

  • @grumpygramps23 Don't be silly. There's right and wrong. If someone asks you what music you like and you say "Whatever's on the radio" then you are wrong. The first album was so samey and repetitively boring, like Photek or someone. Body Riddle had Ted and Night Knuckles. I'm still looking forward to this, but these tracks aren't standout at all. I like Clark for his insane tracks or his beautiful tracks, anything in between is irrelevant.

  • @meu02136 Nice one! So, all your saying is from an objective point of view? Hmmm... Sounds pretty subjective to me... PS- I love it when you're really authoritative and tell me how to behave XX

  • @grumpygramps23 When did I tell you how to behave?

  • @meu02136 I'm sure you said something about not being silly...

  • @meu02136 Being silly is a state of mind.

  • @meu02136 Did you just reply to yourself?!

  • Hi, does anyone know if this is Kenneth Clarke the former Chancellor of the Exchequer? I think it may be the same guy but Wikipedia doesn't mention it. Thanks.

  • @FatRoland Yep, Kenneth Clarke is one of Chris Clark's psuedoname's, which he uses when engaged in his political and law careers. Many people are cynical of whether there is any truth behind this however, often believing it to be an urban myth. When posing as K.C. he adopts a far more brutish exterior to affect fear in his opponents, often binge eating and cultivating voluminous eyebrow hair, characteristics not often noted in his normal appearance.

  • @grumpygramps23 Interesting points, interesting points. Come to think of it, I've never seen Richard D James and Ann Widdecombe in the same bed-- er, I mean, in the same room together. And "Gonja Sufi" sounds a bit like "Baroness Warsi". Coincidence? I THINK NOT.

  • Couldn´t wake up this morning before going to work. Blasted this track got going and had a perfect day!

  • what im saying is, theres a lot of points of reference to boc here. the texture of the pads, boc esc. the arp, early boc esc. i mean yea boc would totes have never made this tune, thats because its shit, whats the second half all about? just lazy song writing and unusually for clark lazy production too. get some new artists warp..

  • some stinky shit come from Warp lately, but this is right where it's at

  • To everyone: Be sure to get the album when released - MP3 won´t do it justice.

  • I CAME

  • Wow, looking forward to this album..

  • Diggin' it

  • yeahhhhhhhhh!

  • @ootheca I don't really see how he's bastardising BoC at all.

  • @Amnsiac999 dude, just listen to it. it like boc got lobotomized, then castrated and all depressed. then heavily medicated by private doctors then made to produce a pastiche of hollywood by cluster that slips into shitty ravebeats for twats. other than that i like it though, its fantastic, better than boc if anything. xoxoxoxoxox

  • @ootheca Haha, I still don't really see the resemblance, or at least not as much as you do. Both BoC and Clark are absolutely fantastic, though.

  • @ootheca

    What?

  • @skulleton you heard! erm i mean nothing... you okay though? xoxox

  • @ootheca

I'm greater than you think! I'm Over the Neptune like a Mesh Gear Fox.

  • @ootheca BoC wouldn't have made this song.

  • @ootheca i'm not picking up what you're putting down here, buddy. care to expand on that point a bit?

  • @ootheca lolwut

  • 今年のソナーサウンドトウキョウの出演が本当に楽しみになってきた♪

  • amazing!

  • Also...body riddle...good...Empty the Bones of You...perfection

  • Oh my, this song comes really close to Body Riddle. Like someone else already mentioned, Body Riddle is the best album ever made, and not even Clark could beat his album. Looking forward to his upcoming release so much!

  • I bet the new record will be a bit relaxing, considering how hyper Totem's Flare and Turning Dragon were.

  • :) i just keep getting more and more stoked for this year.

  • Listened to this last night and being a huge Clark fan wasn't first impressed...I watched this to the sun coming up this morning...it made sense...absolute first class from Clark...again

  • Very, very nice.

  • awesome !!!!

  • Great song, pretty cool

  • Love, love, love it!

  • some of you liked this watch?v=eQfxbMnEX5w ->thanks

  • I dunno. It's going to be pretty hard to beat Body Riddle.

  • @thegmanyo body riddle? *clears throat*...... what about totems flare? and i dont understand why people have any doubts in incredible artists like chris clark. i bet this album will be as good as any others.

  • @420dopethrone Totems Flare and Turning Dragon were good but not even close to Body Riddle. That's really my only problem with Clark is that he can't outdo that. Nobody can, really. Maybe Rifts by Oneohtrix Point Never or Splazsh by Actress or something. SAW is more historically important, but probably not as good.

  • @thegmanyo lol pffht ok, and what are you the master of electronic sense or something? fuck off

  • @420dopethrone No, I just really think that Body Riddle is one of the best albums ever. I don't think that there are many albums in the world that can compete with it. I love Clark.

  • @420dopethrone I don't why all these people like Clark if they think Body Riddle was his best album. Totem's Flare is his best by far, then Turning Dragon, then probably Clarence Park. This doesn't do much to excite me at all. It better go mental at some point in the album, otherwise it's a let down.

  • @meu02136 well totems flare is probably my favourite but i totally disagree, im really stoked for this, but i really respect and enjoy all his work, hes fucking great

  • If the album's sound stays this consistent, this could be my album of the year.

  • @koosvary seriously!

  • one of the best contemporary electronic artists, no question

  • sweet sounding synths!

  • i love this so, so much

  • No matter what direction Clark takes his music, he always goes up.

  • great track

  • Looking forward to this new album - I can see it being a 2012 highlight!

  • Damn this track just reminds me of BATalsdr's channel getting taken down... still having withdrawals :(

  • @Bucketbot16 Dude I was feeling kind of down for the Megaupload takedown and then you had to remind me of BATalsdr...

    GODDAMN

  • repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat

  • @xeolhades this. THis

  • 2012

  • to many notes

  • Faith in music restored. <33333

  • @lisam805 lol I'm glad Clark didn't get assassinated int he great artist purge of 2000s. he;s a survivor

  • I think Iradelphic is going to be sound like a cross between Body Riddle and Empty the Bones of You.

  • HOLY SHIT. YES. YES. YES!!!!!

  • The one day I don't check his Facebook page, he releases a new song.... Why GOD? WHYY????!!!

  • Niiiiiiiiiiice.

  • To everyone: Be sure to get the MP3 - YouTube compression ruins so many frequencies that make this track a real pleasure for the ears.

  • @alecjahn So does MP3 compression.

  • @MattHood Yeah, yeah. But Youtube compression is absolutely ATROCIOUS. I agree, the album version will be superior, but I feel like an idiot if I have to share a track with a friend and the only/easiest way to do so it some crappy YT link that sounds like utter shite.

  • @alecjahn also buy the FLAC album in April.. it's worth the extra few bucks

  • Part of me hopes there will be another teaser track before the album is released... but then I know I'll just abuse it, too.

That being said, I'm not sure what I think about the lead line (the staccato one at the start) though it is growing on me, and the texture overall is absolutely dreamy.

  • YES!!!!!!!

  • 808s are refreshingly absent

  • come to san francisco clark

  • WOOT! HE'S BACK! HE'S BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!!

  • So. Excited.

  • truly excellent!

  • can not wait....

  • excellent!

  • Fantastic stuff! You're killing me with the 2-1/2 month wait for your album!

  • This just made my morning!

  • Awwwwwwwww yeeaaaaah!

  • I've been waiting for you man...

  • finally motherfucker!

  • @eetherealflux YOU'RE SO DAMN RIGHT BITCH!!!

  • simply wonderful mr.clark...

  • TOM COUCH

  • That make me think to a modern version of moog tracks such as Gershon Kingsley and friends did in the past.... It's rather a good orientation taken by Clark.. Well autopromo time, try this one watch?v=eQfxbMnEX5w inspired by Clark Work

  • such a lovely track!

  • I love it. Cant wait for the new album. :)

  • Thank god! Been needing a new Clark fix for too long :)

  • spellbinding. just looping it over and over.
