lol a function test for an ak. they always function. but thats cool i know a guy who has a bulgarian made ak-74 and he has it scoped with a red dot sight called the rakurs-b(russian made and designed specifically for short to long range targets) and he can hit a 16x16" target 28 out of 30 times at 540 yards i was actually stunned at the accuracy of the 5.45x39mm round and the ak-74 performance. i actually prefered shooting at that range with his ak setup then my 1,100$ ar-15.
normally when built right they do. It used to be a single stack wasr-2 from Dunhams until I 922r modifed it. So while I did the building I just wanted to be sure that everything worked together.
@powerhawk56 I love the I.U hat man. I got one myself and a graduate of Indiana University. You gotta love bloomington, Indiana. I was there 2004-2006.
I think it has the potential to do that. Since I bought it I haven't had too much time to really sit down and try to see how accurate I could get it. Most of the time I was taking it for a function test.
Agreed, the officers are quite nice. They actually appreciate a nice weapon when they see one and can talk up a storm about it. My only wish would be a 200 yard range. 100 is great, but it doesn't challenge a .308 enough. Either way, that's quite a drive hah, I thought an hour and ten minutes was annoying.
well it used to be more like 45 min drive, if I want to go now its about 5 hours. A 200 yard line would be great there and something a little closer for hand guns 25 yards is quite the distance for a snub or something similar
Lol, I know exactly where this is. The Grand River range in NE Ohio. Tis a nice place. Very odd to stumble onto a video of this place, quite the surprise.
Haha ya, all of my videos up to this point are filmed there. I miss going there, it was a nice range, the officers were very freindly and helpful as well. Some weekends I spent more time BS'ing with the Rangers than I did shooting. Decent rabbit hunting back behind their office there, too. I haven't found anything as good in PA. :(
