This is about the 5th video I've watched on YT on the subject of club-bells....
sadly, I have to make my own, as many of the good ones are only available through mail order, many from overseas so the cost of all that gets to be too expensive.
but it is good to see that it is a very adaptive an variable exercise system to use.
