There's a commercial on right now (2011) that's using this version. It' blows me away because it's one of those classic awesome songs that we put away in a drawer and never get airplay ANYWHERE I imagine. And that' a shame because this song is so great. The great 5th Dimension did it so well to but Marlena Shaw makes it her own too so beautifully. Allllright!

@allrequiredfields: it makes me happy that you know and appreciate the original music as much as i do. however, i think the point of this piece is to provoke inquiry... there are plenty of clues that this music video is remixed but for many people who have not been exposed to the original works it comes across as authentic... or perhaps it really doesn't matter to them whether it is or isn't... and to me that seems like a sort of commentary on the state of things.
