i remember dec '09 vividly and i went about a week b4 this tutorial was made to a nail salon in saint cloud fl. i asked the girl to make this exact design as i had seen in nyc before...the girl did a terrible job she caught an attitude when i told her i didn't like it. i could've used this tut and showed it to her..lol
