@Blooperguy229 Not only IS Brentalfloss singing this, but this is the Animatic, which means the first/rough version of the finished product, so that everything can be planned out. The end product almost always turns out a little different, as is natural in the creative process. You shithead.

my only complaint of the thing is the lyric "You'll be brave and then unite us"fits with Link...it's from that old "system of a down" (not really) cover of the zelda theme. and in the animation it kind of addresses that to Kirby not link....but other than that man...this is by far my favorite with lyrics...like literally this animation could genuinely be the opening theme to a Dr. Mario series.

The one thing that is very different is Peach's diagnosis. The "Wait I'm wrong" part makes a lot more sense in that context.

It's fun to see pre-finished stuff. Oh, by the way... your animation? Wins, hands down. You're awesome, Darq.

Totally agree about Peach's Diagnosis, but it really lacked "zazz" when we kept looking at it. By putting Kirby in there, it made less sense, but was a bit faster paced, which can make all the difference in comedy.

You could have used some special effects there, like changing the angle on which we're viewing Peach and Dr. Mario or something. Could have worked the same way.

But it's all good because the first thing that ocurred to me when I saw it was "This was a time skip, he gave her a diagnosis before the Wait wait part".

And it didn't feel THAT out of place, so yeah no biggie.

Also, for anyone who's reading this wants to know, animatics are technically defined as just having the storyboards with sound work over them. After an animator does this, they can put in the keys and work from there.
