The Court of Appeal has ruled today that the evidence of a witness, T. Sivanesan, who alleged that he was abused and tortured by a group of MACC perpetrators, was relevant in determining the cause of Teoh Beng Hocks death.

What next, MACC & the representative counsel Abdul Razak Musa ? having dismissed by Coroner , High Court , Court of appeal in their evil attempt to stop Sivanesan from testifying? Escalate to Federal court ? It is explicit that MACC has something to hide!!

Based on her examination of the autopsy reports and pictures of the site, Thai forensic expert cum director and co-founder of the Thai Justice Ministrys Central Institute of Forensic Science , Dr Pornthip Rojanasunand said she believed there is only a 20% chance that Teoh had committed suicide and 80% chance that Teoh death was caused by homicide.

Referring to an anal tear Teoh suffered as a penetrative injury, Dr Pornthip said she had never seen this type of injury in cases of a fall. If the injury had indeed been caused by a bone protrusion, she said it would have come from the inside of Teohs anus. she added that there was a need to cut open the skin to check for internal bleeding to determine whether Teoh had been tortured.

Dr.Pornthip said that marks around Teoh neck could mean that he was strangled, while the injury to his anus was caused by penetration with an object before his fall.

Dr Pornthip told coroner that she has conducted more than 10,000 autopsies, of which about 100 dealt with fatal falls from a high place.

Dr.Pornthip said the abrasions on Teohs right upper thigh looked like he had been beaten with a piece of wood.

His skull fracture was not typical of an injury from a fall but was more compatible with blunt force . She said the transferred injury to the skull due to the impact of the fall would typically cause a ring fracture at the base of the skull around the spinal column and not a cervical spine fracture as suffered by Teoh.e being applied directly to the skull.

Dr.Pornthip said that Teoh was probably alive when he hit the ground but may have been unconscious before the fall.

She said this was because there was no reaction, wounds on his ankles and wrists to show he had instinctively tried to stop himself from hitting the ground.

She said it was possible he was unconscious from manual strangulation or pain from the anal region.
