Before this album their audience was limited; niche and either punk or UK. This exposed them to a rock audience and also foreign and they got huge. Before they were in a crowd with Buzzcocks, Stranglers, even Sham 69.

Great song, but i can't decipher its meaning....at first i thought the four horsemen was a reference to the biblical four horsemen.. but it could be using it as a metaphor for the members of The Clash. They're warning everyone about oppression and the government but no one cares.
