USA should take a big step away from Israel and let the the region deside the future for it self. Israel is capable to defend it self. They have a large arsenal of bio, chemical, nucleair wepons plus all the newest tanks planes ships every thing their neighbours dont have, yet they are always scared. It's not Iran's nuclear program that's the threat it's the Iranian government itself. It is an extremist government and if another more moderate Islamic country such as Egypt, Turkey or Malaysia adopted a nuclear program the same hostilities from the west wouldn't be met.

Whether anyone agrees it was the right thing to to (I do not), Iraq was attacked because Saddam was an unstable dictator and using his oil as an economic weapon. If the USA really wanted to attack Iran, it would have done so a long time ago. After 10 years of Khomeini, 21 years of Khamenei (30 if you count his presidency) USA has never invaded Iran.
