Yes, Neo-GUILT is the new GUILT pathogen. Mercer and Heinrich revived the ideologies of Adam from Under the Knife and Second Opinion. Heinrich used GUILT and believed almost exactly the same things as Adam. Though Heinrich revived GUILT for a different purpose and with different beliefs and practices. Thus, Nous, Bythos, Sige, and Aletheia are called Neo-GUILT; the prefix neo- meaning new or reformed. And I don't mind bad English as long as you get your point across.

Wanna be able to do hard or extreme?

1. The eye opens slighty when you defeat a guilt. Use this time to inject a full needle of antibiotic.

2. Don't wait for anything, you should always be doing something. Either dealing with the guilt, healing, or cutting aletheia.

3. Also, if your on hard or extreme, at the rate your doing nous, you'd have no chance. Nous is too fast. You need to either use a stylus/left hand to select the drain and forceps.

also, when you're done fighting a wave of summoned guilt make sure to ALWAYS keep injecting the black medicine, dont suture wounds until later (there's a new wave, or aletheia is draining power w/ the 8 wires).

Lol dude I usually suture when the guilt is still there, and I can everytime suture all of them before aletheias veins go quarter of a circle. I've actually stopped playing trauma center since i've beaten the whole game... might go back to it though

I seriously can only beat this on easy... every time I'm on normal, I slip up and usually get killed by Bythos. (The stupid grey clouds that form inside the heart... how the heck do I know when new ones spring up, because I check, there's nothing there, then I'm injecting the eye and suddenly one of them bursts open and I'm like, "WHO PUT THAT THERE?! :K") Baaaaaah.... by the way, nice job =D

With Bythos, try killing and excising two or three before you inject because how often the subcontaneous bleedings occur are based upon how many Bythos or Bythos cores there are. And thanks. I just beat this on hard a couple of days ago. You could easily say I got 'lucky.'

Thank you. I'm not very good at giving ratings though, so I would go by my first comparison rather than my 1 to 10 thing. If you have played the first Under the Knife, Aletheia is harder than Savato. If 7 were Savato, than this would be 8 or 9. And that's considering the first operation of each. This operation is fairly easy unless you attempt it on hard, which I have yet to conquer. If I ever get there, I'm sure X7: Aletheia will be fun.

i got to about 2/3 of the game on normal and then played on easy. i can't beat the x missions. im stuck on the first one. I love the music for alethia. it makes it seem more like your fighting a final boss instead of performing an operation. i haven played any other trauma center games on ds or wii but i thought that this one was great.

my friend let me borrow the first one and i beat it (u cant choose the difficulty) and when i beat Savato (not the x levels) i used action replay on it to get to X7 and tried it without ar:ds (barely beat it). so then i tried X1 and the patient dies in less then a minute!

I was using this as a guide and then I realized it was on easy, it'd be laughable if you tried Aletheia on hard with that speed. Trust me I know since its right around mine.. hence why I haven't beat the game because I refuse to lower the difficulty.

I'm still stuck on the absolutely insane X6 (but then again, that's what I thought about X5 and it only took me a week or two). It's difficult to upload original videos; this is the first post-release non-professional US Trauma Center Under the Knife 2 video I know of. The next one appeared less than a week later. You might say I got lucky.

Search a video for it. And you can suture lacerations and bring the vitals up for several seconds when the core is exposed. Make sure to read the video description for tips. Or try using two styli. It took me a while, that's for sure.
