That was awesome! I've never tried hang gliding, but I want to. What does it feel like when you enter the clouds? How long does it take from training till they allow you to fly? How dangerous is it to do loops? Thanks, and keep up the awesomeness =)

@Garfield2142 - for the training it just depends on how much time you have to train in a row, the weather, and your ability to pick it up. Flying through clouds is about the most fun thing you can do - it feels surreal every time you do it. Loops are very dangerous, many people have been seriously injured and have died from failed loop attempts, it's only for the more experienced pilots who understand the risk involved.

Good question lavalizard3: In the video I am reaching speeds of 70 mph (without a motor)! And I am pulling between 2 and 3 G's! So if that's not fast, I don't know what is! See you in the air!

I don't know how fast hang gliders normally fly so I wouldn't know... I'll take your word for it that it's fast though... I've certainly never tried anything like it myself.

lavalizard3: Ha, yea, but I bet you've driven a car and know how fast 70 mph is, now imagine yourself in the air, and going that fast with only the wind in your ears hanging from a wing! Most hang gliders can fly about 20-22 mph during normal flight, so yes, 70 mph is fast! (I would think objectively for anything without a motor that flies around the sky!) And hang gliders are built to withstand more G-forces than airplanes! Go learn and I'll see you up there!
