I could've sworn that once I hit one to right center with Noheart that went 583. Now maybe it was 563 and I was just seeing things, but I remember being completely dumbfounded when it happened.
has anyone ever noticed the sweet spot on the bat when you move around and swing it in the box. It turns into a thicker bat with an almost like hook on the end. if you hit in just inside where that "hook" curves around, you would always crush it. Even if you popped it up or lined it, if it wasnt a homerun, it would still be a powerful hit. this makes sense when you think about it bc this was the only baseball game where logic dst come into play, i.e. hitting the ball on barrel of bat, handle hrs
No 575 is max. i would bet ive played this game more than anybody in recorded history. Twice ive had a dream where Frank Thomas hits one rite on the sweet spot so high and deep its rediculous. everything turns black then like 5 sec later, the screeen says 600 ft.

Anyone who claims over 575' is a liar. It's the absolute maximum. I pity people that need to lie about something so trivial to achieve whatever it is they're going for over a fucking video game.
Are you sure there is a 575' cap? I could have sworn I hit/saw a home run hit in excess of 604' in this game. Perhaps I am thinking of another game...
I hit so many where you know that sound, you know the speed the ball is going, you can tell it's a 575er, but it sounds like it clearly has more power. I'd be curious to know what they'd rate some if there wasn't a 575 cap.
