@Avankiri They were/are brown skinned, like most of the North Africans. North Africa is part of the Middle East. But there was a lot of blacks too.

Eh, if the spear is what prevents him from going into the lava, wouldn't he then go into the lava once the Scorpion King turns into ashes? That's inexcusable. What a crappy movie. The animations look like they're taken from an older video game.

I think the Egyptians needed to seriously reconsider their burial methods, if there was even the slightest chance the buried people in question could come back from the dead, raise a giant army of the undead, AND have really freaky superpowers! But nice spear-catching on Imhotep's part!
