Thats the Go! I've done similar. I made a life size foam head and fin based on Bruce. This was for a school project. I made my own Jaws 3 on super 8. This was in 1978 a few years before Jaws3 was made and I don't mind saying my Jaws 3 was in fact more believable than the official Jaws3D. So watching your video brought back some good memories. Maybe you could mold it to a large trash can roller base w/ the swivel wheels, so you don't have to carry it. Just a thought. Use a wire mesh form to shape the head and cover it with expand-a-foam and use whatever material suits best for the skin. There ya go.
