I have a lot of respect for Mr. Fantastic, but overall, I feel Chbeeb is a better all around dancer. He can do more than just pop, and his choreo skills are pretty sick. Also, his hits are pretty hard for someone who isn't exclusively a popper. His iso's are on point, and his botting is sick. Last I checked, waving is under the style of popping.

@SlickRick4EVER: once again, wrong. Fred Penguin Berry ( Rerun ) said in the movie The Freshest Kids that locking is the first funkstyle ever created. Then he goes on to say that popping was created by combining locking and the robot. Locking was invented by accident when Don Campbell was trying to learn the funky chicken. Boogaloo style popping wasn't invented until the late 70s I believe.
I have to say that both of you are repeating the same move all the time, more Robert than Phillip, I can see Phillip trying to go with the music at least, ofc both of you are really nice in this thing, but, in Robert, every single move he did in this battle I can see in all his videos, he should try new moves acording to the music. Robert's moves are more realistic than Phillip, but Phillip is battling trying new things. I won't say who's the winner for me, I like Robert in the part 1.

Funkstyling (as it is supose to be called.. not "popping") should have variety. Totally agree! People should recognize they aren't fighting for dominance in the same style. Phillip got that last round (though flipping Robert off wasn't so great)

they ARENT popping. the thing that makes popping popping is hitting on beat. you can stray away from tht now and then in your set but you need to hit on beat. its a necessity u can't not do it and say ur popping. its like in Krump. the foundations are the stomp chest pop and arm throw. you cant say ur krumping if ur not doing it

@SlickRick4EVER: once again, wrong. Fred Penguin Berry ( Rerun ) said in the movie The Freshest Kids that locking is the first funkstyle ever created. Then he goes on to say that popping was created by combining locking and the robot. Locking was invented by accident when Don Campbell was trying to learn the funky chicken. Boogaloo style popping wasn't invented until the late 70s I believe.

I have to say that both of you are repeating the same move all the time, more Robert than Phillip, I can see Phillip trying to go with the music at least, ofc both of you are really nice in this thing, but, in Robert, every single move he did in this battle I can see in all his videos, he should try new moves acording to the music. Robert's moves are more realistic than Phillip, but Phillip is battling trying new things. I won't say who's the winner for me, I like Robert in the part 1.

After watching the two videos... I'm sorry to say Fantastic, but Pacman got this one. I'm being very unbiased, but Pacman just has variety and goes with the music. Funkstyling (as it is supose to be called.. not "popping") should have variety. I see alot of the same thing from SYTYCD.. that's the thing that sucked from both of you, but popping should always go with the music. Pacman did flow with it; therefore, he should have been the clear winner on this bout.

Man, Pacman def got better popping though. Robert got some nice isos though, but in hitting, Pacman wins. Also Pacman got some of the craziest waves i've seen. We need Moon to tutt in this battle!
