The Owers who are up to date on their assesments not only Own an precentage of all of the Codo's Property, they also own a Vested Interest in why the Association's BOARD is being Suied? Go to the County an aske for a Copy of the Lawsuit.. After all it is a Public Record, and the Board is allowed to raise each owners' Fees to help them Defend themselves against wrong oings listed in the Suit!!
A lawsuit file by an Owner Is "NOT" money spent to suit himself... Lady You must be a Board member, because all Boards read from the same CAI manual, that tells them how to shovel the exact same stuff... NOTICE: she offers the owners NO Documentation that may back up her claims... did she get more than ONE Contractor Bid, giving cost estament for the repair work, if so Where are they? DUAH!!
