  • Can someone tell me the name of the Song?

    It fits perfect here.

    great video!

  • who is this good-looking swimmer in 4:38? the blond one?

  • yes they should be on regular tv.I train with these folks at Lakeshore and am sadden I can not see a lot of my friends in womens sports especially tennis and bball.this is truly lovely even though my friend Amie is not seen..lol keep up the good work and help spread the word

  • This is a lovely video, beautiful music (yes, what is it?), and all of these athletes and those competing at Beijing right now make me so proud of them and of the human spirit. They are very inspiring! The Paralympics should be on regular TV just like the Olympics.

  • these guys are true heroes and ledgens

  • These guys show real spirit

  • nearly pissed myself laughing at 2:42 when they fell into the pool lol!!!

  • amazing vid and gotta love these ppl, theres one thing im wondering, not to be offensive or anything but its just tat, every competitor has different disadvantages/advantages, so wouldnt that be hard to judge and all? =/

  • Thats a good question. In each event, there are up to 13 levels of disability from blind and/or fully amputated, to no amputation, but other, less visible disabilities, like only one lung, or muscualr or skeletal disabilities. They never computer between levels, only within a level. Sometimes, however, you might see one race with three competitors, each from a different level. They are not competiting against each other's time, just the clock.
