lol. well.kinda.
but i know how to get templates from Big sites.
such as steam.
and then upload it to this program.. and then just edit. to what you want.

go to a website. right click somewhere and click save page as. save it somewhere and use a program to edit it. some sites work like steam nd runescape.
Do you have to download there client thing?
