Hi, I have started to play the cello a few months ago to follow my son in his lessons. How old is isabella now and when did she start playing, please? @Cocolinmichela Isabella is now 12, she started when she was 61/2 yrs old. She started with Suzuki for a year, and switched to the traditional way of instruction afterwards. Her dad plays a little guitar, but that's about it, we (her parents) are not really musicians---but we do appreciate music very much. I'm sure your son will enjoy cello playing for a long time. It's such a nice instrument!
@spsabile Thank you for your reply. If Isabella goes to Juilliard, I assume you live in New York? Please keep us posted with Isabella's progress, for example if she is going tor release a debut album either as solo or with an orchestra.
