Thanks for sharing your recipe. I add tomato, pepperoni, onion, black olives, green pepper and cucumber. and I also add seasoning by McCormick called Salad supreme. And top it off with the Parmesan cheese.

I stand corrected...I'm going to add your pasta salad recipe to my beef/cheese Manicotti recipe but I've decided to roll the Manicotti up in homemade crapes as a substitute for the Manicotti pasta tubes. It occurred to me that a pasta dish with a pasta salad may have a little too much pasta going on here. I guess that I'm on a "learning curve"...otherwise, I wouldn't be here. Creamed garlic potatoes is still an option. Meat, potatoes & vegetables should please almost any guest for dinner.

Hi Michelle: You can avoid having your pasta noodles sticking together in a pot of boiling water by adding a tbsp of margarine/butter to the boiling water before you add the pasta. I have discovered that the same rule applies when cooking rice in a pot on the stove or in a microwave oven...it gives it a little "slide." There's nothing worse than having pasta stick together or rice that cooks itself into annoying clumps.It's just a little trick I learned over the years.
