Don't quit!!! Keep going! Every time I gain weight from doing a diet I quit; and then about two months later I'm way bigger than I would have been if I kept going.... You can do it girl!!!
The water weight sucks. I'm trying to focus on the healthy changes I'm making on not on gaining a pound or two. I have faith that if I continue doing what I'm doing, the pounds will fall off.
When I get frustrated now, I cry lol. I used to eat. Now, visions of ding-dongs and donuts feel my head, but not my stomach.
I agree about the water weight; we women just have to deal with that. Also, if you are gaining muscle, it weighs more than fat...women who are holding water weight AND building muscle are gonna have this happen; which totally sucks, but don't let it get you down. You are doing good! Trace :D

I haven't been under 400 since 2005... 3 years ago This week is our week girl I can feel it... You and I are gonna get out of the fourest then we are going back for my friend Queenq24, and my girl Watchmeshrink and my baby Needstolose...
You are so close to getting under 400. I'm having a good feeling about this week. So maybe we can bring a few friends along with us as we leave the fourest.
water retention is EVIL haha. maybe its that. how much water do you think? I heard you must drink your weight divided by two. so if you weigh 400 you should drink 200 oz. im not sure if this is correct but once i heard that; thats what I try to do. I weigh 320 so I try to drink 5 quarts of water a day. 20 cups a day. its easier said than done (boy do i know it) but good luck. keep up with the great work!!
I'll blame the gain on water retention. I really haven't been drinking as much as I should (less than 64oz). I heard the same thing about drinking half your body weight. My goal is going to be at least 128 oz. How do you get all that water in?
actually.. I am guilty of not drinking actual water. haha. I drink crystal light. haha. Sometimes its not even easy to drink all the crystal light. But I have a 2QT container with a lil cap to sip on and I keep that next to me at all times and try to drink 1 1/2 of those.
crystal light is only 5 calories each 8oz serving so i dont think its that bad and it doesnt have anything else. I dont drink plain water so this works GREAT
Girl! I feel your pain!(lol) I've discovered that I eat too many carbs so I know that was a problem. Hopefully, with switching the foods around I get better results. Hang in there!
ok I though I had left u a message already! and I came back and u tube must have ate! well if it comes up later then ok if not I was saying dont stress too much you probably are under 400 but retaining water! how much water are u drinkin? cuz for me the weight started coming off faster when i upped my water intake I try to do 100 oz a day yesterday I actually did 128 so a gallon!
