man, trey had trouble in the from 1:20 to 2:00, i can't beleive he forgot the chords and riffs there. He's still my idol, soooo many songs to remember
wtf r u talking about? You're obviously young. Its called JAMMING. aka. Improvisation. They don't play every note the exact same way at every show. That would be boring. And if anything, he doesn't "forget" chords. Did you ever mis-type a word before? Same thing. Fingers slip dude.
Yea man, he didnt forget shit, he just shredded the crap out of that, apparently you don't listen to a lot of live music and if you do...open your ears
Waiting all night to get a ticket on a NYC sidewalk was well worth the experience of getting into this show. Especially after watching the first night of Radio City, still buzzing, although right around 9am things got interesting as buzzes faded and desperation set in. It was just after 10am when we finally got our wristbands! We still had the second night of radio city to watch that night, very exciting, the wristband felt real good, knowing what we endured, Roseland did not disappoint!
this is the last full year they were good. howerver, what about 2-18-03, IT, the Tube from 2-22-03. Granted, '04 fell apart, but '03 was still great! There were sloppy moments all through their 21 years, but 03 had high peaks as well. The break up was still a good decision, but I would love a reunion
Immediately after Post-Hiatus they were prime as well, had a sense of freshness through IT, then it started to fall apart significantly. Nonetheless, I think if they came back, evolved their music as they aged, they could easily play another 21 years.
@beedubs03 You're correct. They are Phish, however, which means that they'll have to be given freedom to play and play around and grow and experiment and do what they've always done: Morph. I think they'll keep gigging as long as that vital mutual respect, excitement and co-evolution between the audience and the band is maintained. And provided that the lot scene never overwhelms the real show.
If I want a kickin' lot scene I'll go to a Denver Broncos game, you know?
Is it just me or does this crowd look like a sorority party NOT a phish show (if such a thing can be qualified)

I agree, they played well in this era, everything after became repetitive in my opinion, as well as sloppy
