Hey there! I JUST got the Frye Harness boots today--was looking for some videos on them to tell me how to break them in--LOL--these things are hard and heavy!! I do love them, though! :)) Lisa
Frye boots are made of normal leather (i.e. not distressed, nubuck, or suede) then you should definitely keep them oiled to prolong their life. I've had mine for 5 years and I just oiled them for the first time. It makes a huuuuge difference! They look new! Try it out to keep the leather from drying out.
I have the same boots and i adore them! Had mine for about 5 years and they look great. These boots, def, the more you wear them, the better they look and feel :D
