1If you clean carpet and no stains come back 2. the carpet dries quick. 3 the carpet stays clean longer4. the customer is happy. then you have a winner. I seen your work first hand and it is done well. I understand your method and its good. but if you do hot water extraction correctly I still think its much cleaner.
@LEDFOOT49 Hello, this is the 1-800-DRYCARPET® Systems, Inc administrator here. Conventional wet cleaning professionals often point out that Swedry® Carpet Cleaning is not really dry, and, they are right! Swedry® Carpet Cleaning is not dry (as in Webster’s definition of “dry"); it is moisture controlled. This precise description is important. Our DRY ORGANIC product contains 40% water! - We're intelligently controlling moisture.
Actually steam cleaning doesn't remove all the soil, it leaves soap detergent residue in my carpets resulting in spots & stains reappearing & attracts new soil. I should know I've experienced this problem in the past. I've used 1800 Drycarpet the last 3 years & noticed my spots & heavy soiled areas haven't returned. AMAZING!!! I would recommend 1800Drycarpet cleaning to all my friend & family...
@rocendehse thank you! "Contempt prior to investigation" runs ramped in this crazy world. Thank you for expressing your personal first-hand experience! Stay DRY & Green,
@LEDFOOT49 untrue my carpets were heavyly stained in the past and stains came right back with steam clean. Then when I used drycarpet stains were gone and they did NOT come back....
@rocendehse well you scored. I had a owner operator tell me that personally he said that when it is heavily soiled you need to steam first. i just curious what mickey mouse carpet cleaner steamed cleaned your carpet? was he certified ? was he an employee or owner operator? was it the ones with the yellow vans? did they clean or did they restore clean your carpet? did they do a neutralizing rinse? p.s been in business 13 years zero call backs.
