Hungarian Partridge? Seriously? I was told we had them by a friend but when I called Idaho Fish and Game they said that species was not here in Idaho. Are you sure you didn't shoot a Grey Partidge?
Not according to Fish and Game. You may be right but I did call them and they said that Hungarian Partridge is different and did not exist in Idaho. Just going by what they told me.

Hungarian and Grey partridge are the same thing.
