I would say there is a good chance of another prop 19 passing in 2010 because of how little recognition it was given statewide, not to mention the ones running for political positions. We all know why the issue wasn't addressed, because it wasn't a significant enough of a factor. Prop 19 failed by a miniscule percent now it is a significant issue within the state and its younger voters. So... what do you know?
