There is no 4g63 2.4l block, the 2.3 strokers use a crankshaft from a 2.4 mitsu engine and then custom rods or pistons. My engine is actually from an early 90's galant and is 2.4l stock, I just beefed it up with forged goodies.

It was a real clean car bought it with 100k and rebuild the motor. Unfortunately I threw a rod through the back of the block and ended up trading it for a clean nice running civic coupe because money was real tight at the time. I'll end up buying another. Theres not a whole lot of cost effective performance mods for any NA car, there are people who have used later evo turbo goodies on the cly 3g eclipses but there is alot of custom work that goes into it and costs can reach well over 5k very easily for a basic turbo setup.
Great job on the swap. I always liked DSMs and GSXs/Ecplipses. Im a subaru guy myself, but majorr props. It looks sweet. Any chance of getting a video of it on the street going at it?

I assume you have a NT coupe in which case you cannot use any driveline parts from a turbo car. The NT spyder used a mitsu engine 4g64 which is just a stroked out turbo engine 4g63 so the swap was possible.
The NT coupes use a Chrysler 420a engine very similar to that of a dodge neon and all of the mounting points are mirrored in the engine bay against the mitsu engines.
The engine isn't out of a gsx its actually originally out of a hyundai sonata but its got forged pistons, rods, ect.
What do you want to do with it? If dont care about speed just rebuild what you have. If you want performance there are thousands of options depending on your skill and budget.

You can't just use the T-case, you need the switchable trans too. If you just get the transfercase it will destroy the viscious coupler. The switchable trans has a fork that licks the VC.
You also wont gain much gas mileage, 1-2mpg maybe as your still turning everything in the driveline just via the rear wheels instead of the trans directly.
On full soft its not too bad, back was a little sore when I took it for a 1.5 hr each way road trip but compared to the kyb agx's + ground control springs in my 92 tsi awd its butter.
I also have full poly suspension bushings so that stiffens it up some as well.
I've had the turbo for 2 years, had it on my 92 tsi awd for a few months but never really put it to use. Lookin for ~650hp to the wheels off the bottle.
HKS cams, N2O, 40r, front LSD, and some other trans upgrades are all plans for this winter. Likely take 36-38psi to get the numbers I want on race fuel but will likely leave it ~32 on the street with pump gas. Depends on how the tuning goes.

It is an SSAC IC, Have a much larger/more efficient Extreme PSI IC to go on along with the gt4088r i'm installing this winter.
