The goomba boot was my favorite power-up in the game. Sure, there are more effective power-ups, or even similiar power-ups, but the rarity of the shoe, combined with the sheer novelty (and you can't disregard the ability to march on the clappers) makes this the ultimate power-up.

Girl scout cookies are the same. You can get similiar, or even better cookies elsewhere, but the fact that you got those cookies from a particular source makes it all the better.

Staright UP!! This is the best power-up ever, combine it with the fire flower and you can shoot fireballs while you stop on enemies.

This combo is better then any cheat for SMB3. Goomba Shoe + FIRE FLOWER = FTW
