if not click on the folder shaped button near the top of the program select ur file convert then put it onto ur device.

sometimes when a video has not been properly ripped or converted into another file it is hard for the program to make out what type of file the video is so it will often fail on those types of videos.

can u tell me what type of file it is and where u got it. e.g youtube, dvdrip...etc

first it may just be that the first owner of the file has done something wrong when converting or ripping because i often find that ones i rip myself work but all the ones that dont work have been ones that i downloaded.

sometimes downloaded ones work but not always.

so im sorry but u can try and trace the roots of the file and get the first copy or just try another file.
