The only person rapper that can even be placed in the same catagory as Weezy is 2pac. 2pac & Weezy could go toe 2 toe. It would be hard to say who's better, but I might have to give it to Pac in the end, but only by a very slim margin. No one else (including Biggie, Jay-Z, Eminem, etc.) is even close.
