@nash6328 Mexican drug cartels make the majority of there Money on drugs,but american gangs would not stop with the decriminalization of drugs,there petty thieves and will do anything to make Money and will not be stopped,don't forget about Prostitution,Theft,Extortion,H­uman trafficking the list goes on and on.Simply decriminalizing drugs will not stop Street gangs,or even slow them down at that.
