@pkgeorge2010 The Hotel Formule 1 is where the majority of tracers stay when visiting Lisses. It's cheap and close to the training spots. The Dame Du Lac is just over the road. Don't leave any valuables in the hotel when out training though, as there are some untrustworthy staff!
@Obsidian1138 Thanks for the advice! I'll be sure to take my goods a long with me! Lets just hope I don't get lost as no one has been there before aha!
the first time i watched this vid, i was so freaked out by the manpower gap, that i actaully could not fall asleep because i was afraid of slipping on the last step and falling. funny, i'm probably never going to go there, but it is THAT scary
oh, the look like a different kind of darts though, oh well, would you recommend them? i found some in a store and they look pretty good but it doesnt look like a whole lot of rubber
Hi, I used to train in 'Nike Dart' III, IV and VI, lately bought Kalenjis (in France I had first two of them, like most of our crew on that trip), for me best are impair models of Darts, i don't know why exactly, but they are just most comfortable, and they have all those thing u want to have in ur pk shoes. Peace
Jumping that gap is extreme. It takes extreme bravery, extreme training, and an extreme state of mind. I think you're interpreting extreme in a different way.
you have got to have many years of experience to achieve this jump? well... I doubt I could do it yet, but Edwin (parkour 91) did it in his 3rd movie... when he was 17, and he's only done parkour for about 2 years...
Hey my names Grayson, im a traceur from the United States. I was wondering if you found any specific shoe to work well besides the Ariake. These videos are amazing by the way.
new balance cross country running shoes is wat i use, there real light flexable and have great gribs, and the durable i've had 1 pair for lord only knows how long and there still in 1 piece, not the prettiest shoes ull ever see tho
he said to me he where their 2 weeks, maybe he met you later than me, but it's sad we didn't met each other so we've could have learned from each other . maybe another time
the guy from 6:52 wat's his name so I can see more videos from him I met him in lisses it was a really nice guy so I'd like to watch more videos from him
6,000 views so far. Many many many more to come!!!
Well done Paul. You're a bloody marvel. You must have a fantastic video-to-view ratio! With these 4 and the strength training one getting so many hits!!
really nice work guys, editing is superb , comedy is superb and so are the action sequences. overall nicely done and im glad i had the opportunity to meet you guys in lisses while you were filming. hope to see you same time next year.!
The Manpower gap looks easy. Maybe it's bigger IRL, but I'm pretty confident based off the video I could frontflip it, not that I'd ever be inclined to try to do so. XD But I've cleared 18 feet with a frontflip with a height difference of less then 8 feet, course i had over 50 feet of running room. (I got video to prove it, I'll send a link if you PM me)
Haha amazing! I loved the teleport bit at the beginning - guess you filmed that from the hotel in Coventry?
The Manpower gap was HUGE - when we went there we couldn't get right to the top but just looking at it from ground level gave some idea as to its magnitude.
How long have those guys who jumped it been training?
I noticed the kid in the back of that car recognised it as 'Yamakasi' - a lot of the French locals seemed to understand 'Yamakasi' better than the concept of 'parkour'.
Where abouts did you guys stay, I am going up there this november but could only find the F1 hotel to stay! please help

The guys who did the jump have been training for around 3 years I think.
I know what you mean about the French kids and the word 'Yamakasi'. We heard some 5 year olds shouting it when we were training on the Dame Du Lac.
