I think having a set course for a song is ridiculous for DJ'ing. Isn't DJ'ing supposed to be improv and making up good beats as you go along, not so much following a set pattern?

@whateverrocksrok actually all dj's have a set course they follow because well believe or not u cant scratch every thing u here on a record so before u actually do a set u spend long long hours days weeks coming up with a set tht will blow the minds of those listening so actually following a set course is what u do although improv does come into play alot alot alot when u dj......for your health :)
