  • No such thing as rate of change??? He is writing a parametric equation and the coefficient to the t variable is a rate of change of t... he just shot the student down who decided to speak up when he asked a question.

  • Well, except we don't get an equation for a line in 3 dimensions.. we end up with a set of parametric equations for a line in 3 dimensions.

    And thats not the same thing.. the title is wrong, or the wrong video is attached to the title... but in general.. its useless.

  • @Minok1217 you can actually write an equation of the line. with the parametric equations, set all of them equal to t and set them equal to each other.
