So Bas just said they train 80% ground/20% striking? How does that make a "Complete Fighter" like these guys want? Fights should NOT just go to ground on purpose. I know some people rather and are better on ground, but it's still not that great of tactic. You should only grapple if you need to and stand. I understand it's a sport with rules, but if you take someone down and they escape, you're still on the ground probably. It opens you up to get stomped on. Ground is good, but also dangerous :/

Bas Rutten is probably my favourite fighter from all sports, infact probably my all time favourite sports star. He has such a great personality and a great sense of humour. His DVDs kick ass, and hes one hell of a fighter. he always gives great respect where its due. The only reason i wanted kimbo to win that fight was becaus I didnt want to be embaressed for Bas. Ahwell, it was out his hands and into Seth's. Seth's a cool guy but some of his comments were probably due to the hype around kimbo.
