Its not his strongest attack, Final Flash is. And its not just like a normal no name ki attack at all. Its a large ball of energy which leaves a huge mushroom cloud behind when it explodes. Thats where the 'big bang' comes from in the name, its meant to be reminiscent of a nuclear explosion.

The Tenkaichi series is obviously more superior than the Budokai series. Yeah, I've played 2 and 3 and enjoyed them, but the Tenkaichi games perfectly emulate the action in the manga and anime, not to mention, it contains a sh*tload more characters, AND it has playable Oozaru/Great Ape characters. If you wanna stick to the pseudo 3D action of Budokai, that's fine, but degradin' the Tenkaichi series doesn't make ye better, it just makes ya a fanbrat to an extent. XD
