Energy does not have a particular form, it can take any form and any shape. It's constantly changing, always evolving we could say. It takes up whatever form in needs/wants to take, because it is conscious of itself ;)

Conscious has to be conscious of something to have much meaning. A correlation with words is that a complete subject must have more than a subject, but also an object or a context. That means a dualistic approach is most helpful in thinking. Ideas and images as analogies or models, maps of the reality we are examining. They say thinking is relating or corelating ideas to see something else we hadn't seen, like looking at a car we want to buy from all sides, even the insides with vision logic.
