You're title is incorrect. Typhoid fever is caused by S. enterica, enterica, typhis (genus, species, sub species, serovar). S, typhimurium infection is distinct from s.typhis infection in humans, with great variation in pathophysiology, damage and outcome. You could put a lot of people on the wrong track here.

@1YMike well lets just say that typhoid fever is used as a biological weapon to kill people. i know people poison other people with typhoid fever, my aunt tryed to poison my cousin with typhoid (since typhoid is only transmitted human to human). shit they should have already eradicated this disease!
