I love your 2nd pull it is so aggressive, how did you get it like that? If the answer involves clean pulls when do you do them in you workouts and how much do use relative to your best clean?
@TheClamchowder123, cheers. It's just practice. I've been lifting for 10yrs now so it's naturalf or me to just let it rip for the 2nd pull. I use to do pulls with 110% of my best C&J but I haven't done pull in years. Just practice the Clean and Jerks and focus on

The higher your head is the more you extended properly
Stand on your toes, reach up with your head THIS is WHERE you want to finish.

Your probaly stronger mate, my best strength exercise is front and back squat where I squat real deep to make sure I can get out of Cleans when I'm pinned.
Technique will come along with number of reps done. I must have done 1000's of reps over the last 9yrs...
2.9M fro heal to toe. Each of the mats is 1M but due to the mats fitting it's over 3.05M. My toes go over 3M. I should be able to clear 3M sometime. I'm confident I could get over 3M in to a sand pit. Maxing out my Cleans probably took a bit off my jump also.

Toe to Toe would be a rubbish way to measure it!
