Hey man just watching your video... I am learning to scream and I can do it now but I was just watching and you said about breathing with your chest? You never breathe with your chest it's all from your reserve tanks and your diaphram, Also screaming should not affect or be bad for your vocal chords I am a female and I sing as you would call it "pretty", But I also death growl and scream and I can do it for days and still have my voice at the end of it.
