Brother, answer to your question number one in NO. Quran ask to take two woman instead of one man as witness during financial transaction only; it is NOT a general standard for women in all cases.
Answer to your second Question is also a NO in the sense that Quran ask men to act as a protector for the women in their family so that they cannot be abused. It is not Ruling in popular sense. And, one Quranik verse should be read with other verses, not in isolation.

Most people are believers because they were told to believe before the age of reason (7) When they grow up in a culture that believes in a certain religion they will be under the influence of that geographical belief system. The story of heaven is very comforting like seeing your dead parents again but it flies against all evidence and requires a belief in a supernatural world.
