  • I purchased a Dan Wesson kit with six different barrels and four grips back in 95 it's served me great.

  • Great review ignore all the COD playing trolls (dovetail sights? u ever held a gun?). A big part of what goes into my decision of concealed carry is finding the cc holster that best fits the way I most often dress. There are countless guns to choose from out there but the selection of really good comfortable cc rigs is lacking. Your holster has more to do with your draw than the gun itself. I think that is a great base to start at then frame your choices from your favorite holster.

  • @JTURNERMCSCOTS Thank you. I do address holsters in another series of videos. It can go both ways with choosing both a firearm and a holster. It all depends on what you have and can work with.

Thank you for watching and commenting.

  • @JTURNERMCSCOTS i agree. i brought out 7 adults whom always are playing video games with the i know it all attitude about guns because they play games involving such out to an actual range. It was amazing how they missed the targets at 10 yards constantly until I taught them correct techniques.

  • @vbh. A xd40 subcompact is great for conceal carry..has knockdown power..trigger/grip safety and pretty much no muzzle flip..give it a look

  • I like the vid but there is one thing I will say about conceal carry I use a fanny pack I know it looks kinda like a purse but for me...I like my .45 and i dont really like a gun on my waist so i go that route and because I do I can carry preety much any gun I want.

  • *gargles at the handguns*

i'd love to just own these in the CO2 version!

i have 3 ... colt Special combat (non blowback so extreme shame)

    beretta PX4 Storm tactical and

Wlather CP99 compact (as non compact is non blowback)

seriously, why make CO2 guns non blowbacks???

  • cool video but this is like geared for city dwellers or cops looking for a tactical handgun as a self defense weapon. I think all the variables for purchasing a firearm are pretty much universal soon my channel will include a very good purchaseing episode.

  • what would you all consider a small compact or sub compact with good reliability such as water and mud/sand . I am looking for something with little weight and more kick/ knock down power than a gimpy 9mm even if you recommend a smaller caliber that provides such power. And am looking for good acc, and low recoil if all those happen to all be in one small package lol.

  • @VBH8888 CP99 is very nice and compact in my opinion. double action though if it bothers you but makes a good tactical with laser addicitons etc

  • the one on the bottom left is a really neat looking gun....

  • brooklyn??? is it legal to have red dot sight for glock 17

  • @c032970 I don't see why it would be illegal to use a red dot sight on a Glock. You would have to check your local laws.

  • brooklyn???

  • Find a gunshop that has a range and that rents handguns. Take the time to rent as many as you want to consider. Its like buying a baseball bat. You want to swing a few bats and see what feels right as far as weight, length, fell of grip in your hands and so on...

  • yes, they all are good choices, as long as they work....

  • That wasn't a very good review at all. How about discussing different recoil variables associated with different gun weights, barrel lengths, calibers etc? How about discussing different kind of sights like dove, fixed, night, etc? How about discussing the important issue of grips, plastic, rubber, polymer etc and the advantages vs the disadvantages of those? So, if Sig 226 in 9mil is all I can handle I might need a bigger gun, OR A SMALER ONE ha? You don't make SENSE bra..at all

  • @ilynovi Obviously you didn't listen to the premise of this series of videos. Also if you don't know what you are talking about you shouldn't make comments on other people's videos. For example "dovetail" is not a type of sight, but how the sights are mounted. They can be fixed nightsigts, or adjustable target, or anything else. Grips are part of how the firearm feels, which I did talk about. If you listened I did also talk about recoil in this series. Please don't watch my videos anymore.

  • @ilynovi dude he made a good review ur version of a review dose not make sance...at all

  • @ilynovi Hey, man can you direct us to your videos on line discussing these points that you bring up here? Thought not. I couldn't find anything related to weapons or self defense on your "chill" music video uploads. Note the uploader here titles his video "What gun is right for me?" Him not you, ilynovi.

    Thanks for the vids renegade410.

  • @ilynovi erm, he did talk about everything you mentioned in the other part of the vid, you noticed his vid was almost 10 mins long so he has to break it down over more parts you kinda got ya ass shown up lol! =/

  • thanks this vid really helped my new gun purchase

  • @futuresolider96 Thank you. I'm glad that the video was informative and helped you make your descision.

  • Do you live in the 410? Baltimore?

  • can i have one?

  • let me have one?

  • @ssvato13 No.

  • thanks for the videos!

  • @DownWithThe4eleven Thank you for watching.

  • You were talking bout not being able to handle a .40 caliber and u should maybe have to go with a 9 mil ithink you said but you left out why not go with a .45?? I mean great guns no recoil, well slight recoil, and it packs a bigger punch than a nine mil so wjy not go with that if you cant handle a .40 cal? Just pointing it out great vid btw love the new yorker accent :D

  • @co8539 I was commenting on the fact that if a larger caliber has too much recoil for a person to shoot comfortabye then that person may need to downsize the caliber of the firearm they want to shoot. The .45 ACP has recoil and generally a .45 ACP will have more recoil than a .40 S&W in the same type of firearm.

    Thank you for watching.

  • @co8539 why would you go up in caliber to a .45 if you can't handle a .40? that doesn't make sense. a .45 hands down has more recoil than a .40 its common sense the higher caliber you go the bigger the kick than the previous caliber

  • @camhusd .45s have a different kind of recoil to them. .40s feel... "snappy". I'm not exactly sure how to describe it, but for me and the guy you're responding to, .40s don't feel right. .45s have more of a "push" to them, it's more recoil but it's comfortable. Hope I'm making sense. Time spent on any caliber would fix the discomfort, but I don't want to drop the money on a caliber I won't enjoy shooting.

  • @bigdude90 good point I didn't think of that. I guess it all comes down to the shooter being comfortable.

  • @camhusd not necessarily, a .45 caliber glock is easier to shoot than a .40 glock because of the heavier slide it the .45.

  • @monkeyandtheEngineer Thats true. I'm just used to shooting the glock 23c and I think that has very low recoil compared to most .40's. I didn't really think that comment through before I wrote it.

  • nice boston accent :P

  • i can see your a fan of the 1911 grip angle ....

    nice

  • now you said barrel length and slide length mean accuracy, but i hope you were referring to distance between the front and rear sights.

  • @defensivedesign Yes, a longer barrel helps increase the accuracy of a firearm. A longer sight radius helps the shooter in aquiring a sight picture and target.

  • get a gamo pt 80 they are gr8! but do you know where to buy gunz under 100$? ;D

  • @hehehehism I have no reason to purchase air guns anymore. I have several from my childhood. I don't know what "gunz" are. If you are asking where you can purchase a firearm for less than $100 USC I would say look for a very beat up used firearm @ your local firearms dealer, but I doubt you will find anything. I also doubt you are of age to purchase a firearm from your comment.

  • i think you should get is a Ruger Mark 3 hunter, Very nice and accurate with federal holopoints.

  • @anthonyrothwell I don't think that I should. I don't want one and that's the reason why I don't own one. It is nice, but its not something that I am interested in owning.

  • @renegade410 what r u interested in? Perhaps a Rifle or Mabey an beretta M9 Italian Made

  • @anthonyrothwell I am interested in the firearms that I show in this video as well as many others. I am not interested in owning a Beretta M9 either. I currently own a Bushmaster M4 and plan to purchase a couple other rifles in the future.

  • U sound like a brit new yorker that is drunk on vodka and halfway high on coke

  • @coolo18c You sound like a complete jerk that I have probably had the unfortunate experience to have dealt with at some point.

  • @renegade410 LOL!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA -facepalmed- :D

  • No gun is perfict for everybody, however the shotgun can use far more ammo types than any other gun and you can use one even if your not the best shot. You can use it for home defense or hunting but you will not be able to carry it. Obviously it wont work for everybody but one should work for most.

  • Good vid. Would you happen to know if conversion barrels are legal in NYC? Can't find anything definitive online. I've been considering a Glock, but the one range in Manhattan (West Side Rifle & Pistol Range) does not allow HP or hard ball ammo, and my understanding is that Glock, because of its polygonal rifling, should not be loaded with lead ammo - so I'd need a conversion barrel... This city can be a pain in the ass sometimes. :)

  • @FlyingPancreas Thank you.

I would have to contact one of my peers in New York to answer that question for you. I will also try and find out about using lead ammo in Glock pistols. I will do my best to get back to you on those questions.

Thank you for watching and commenting.

  • @renegade410 That's nice of you, but please don't go to any trouble. For some reason, I assumed you were with the NYPD so I though you might know offhand. My mistake. I'm sure I can find this stuff out, but I really appreciate your reply. Thanks, man.

  • @FlyingPancreas You can find most of it out on your own. It is sometimes easier for LEOs to get the info from other LEOs just because we deal with these things on a daily basis. I should be hearing back from an officer in NY this week, so I'll post what I find out.

  • @MRPOOSA I don't know where you got your information from, but as I said there are states that DO NOT specifically address that in their laws. I know for a FACT that it is not addressed in the laws of the state I live in. Also it is not a "privilege" to keep and bear arms, it is a Right. Please do some research before you make a statement like that.

  • nice accent where r u from?

  • @RamJim9697 boston i assume

  • @JULIOKILLZ lol my dad went there and said that they called the water fountains the bubbla lol.. or was that canada? idk.. one of the 2 probibly canada

  • In case of zombie infection, all guns are right for you.

  • is it leagal to be drunk and carry a gun at the same time? in enny state in USA?

  • @muppttown I do not know all the laws in every state, but I do know that there are places that do NOT address that specifically in their laws. So if its not stated as being illegal in the laws then I would assume that it is permissable, although I'm sure it is not wise.

  • @muppttown

Isn't public intoxication an offense by itself?

  • @SSTTEEAALLTTHH Hahan yes im an idiot XD

  • @muppttown

I know Kentucky is one. It's one of the things I miss

  • @natees123 Profanity is what a feeble mind uses to express itself.

  • @bloodngutspatriot Thank you.

  • Glock 23...nuff said

  • @DimebagCFH4Life I don't quite understand your comment. If you are suggesting that a Glock 23 is right for everyone, I would have to say you are wrong, just as others that have suggested that one particular handgun is right for everone. I personally dislike Glocks and do not plan to ever own one, so your premise fails immediately. I really wish that people. like yourself. that make these types of comments would put some thought into the comments before they make them.

  • @renegade410 thats the only gun he knows anything about probably

  • @DimebagCFH4Life

There is more than 'nuff' said about glocks in hip hop songs.

If you want a super reliable and resonably priced gun that can shoot 5000 rounds under water without jamming...then Glocks are the best.

If you have the means to afford a super reliable ergonomic nice shooting gun that fits 'you' ..then there are many other better choices out there.

(note the J-frame and Mustang at the very front of this group)

  • m1911

  • hey im goona be 18 on November 15th and i wanna buy a gun the day iturn 18 can i buy one?

  • @optimusmikey That depends on the laws in the area you live in.

  • @renegade410 kk cause im goona get a revolver, a shotgun and a pistol

  • a Pistol, Nope in the usa

  • @bl1nd88 wtf im getting more thn 3 guns lol

  • Comment removed

  • @optimusmikey Provided that federal law and the laws of both the dealer's and purchaser's states and localities are complied with: * An individual 21 years of age or older may acquire a handgun from a dealer federally licensed to sell firearms in the individual's state of residence.

  • @optimusmikey

    * An individual 18 years of age or older may purchase a rifle or shotgun from a federally licensed dealer in any state. However, the applicant may not purchase a pistol gripped long gun that does not have a shoulder stock until he or she is 21 years of age.

  • @bl1nd88

Um, you can own handguns, at 18, in the United States of America(depending on the state you live in, of course). Federal law bars Federal Firearm license holders from selling handguns to people under 21, however, actual possession and ownership itself, are controlled at the state level. PA law, for instance, makes no distinction between ownership of long-guns and handguns, as far as age goes.

  • @illogicalmethod i found that out after, thanks for letting me know!

  • This guy ain't from Chicago that's for sure. lol

  • i would be happy with a sig226 but i really love 1911's

  • 1911 is perfect for everyone... ps yo have a cool badass gangster voice

  • @MadNerf I would have to disagree. There is nothing that is perfect for everyone, including firearms. I'm a fan of 1911s but they may not suit the needs of everyone. Real firearms are very different from the Nerf toys you play with. Also I'm sure you have never met an actual "gangster" so you would have no idea what their voices are like. Let me inform you that they are not like the voices on TV. They have actual, real voices. I wish I could thank you for your comment, but I just can't.

  • @renegade410 Sound like you're from Rhode Island.

  • @renegade410 I don't think you fully understand how much respect you just earned with that statement. Keep it up renegade, this is the way to be doing it.

  • @DirectInjected I'm going to guess that you are referring to the comment I returned to MadNerf. Either way, thank you. I'm glad that I am earning the respect of those who can understand my experience and where my opinions come from.

Thank you for watching and commenting.

  • @MadNerf Its not perfect for me. I dont like the SAO so ya, i would never buy it for that reason alone. Its loved by many but i prefer DA/SA

  • @MadNerf why 'big-up' gangsters, they mug people and shoot people for the wrong reasons. i also have a few glocks and a RIA 1911, but i cant carry my 1911 because i find it too heavy because i am a smaller guy, so i use a glock 36 mainly.

  • @MadNerf why 'big-up' gangsters, they mug people and shoot people for the wrong reasons. i also have a few glocks and a RIA 1911, but i cant carry my 1911 because i find it too heavy because i am a smaller guy, so i use a glock 36 mainly. and byy that your statement is completely invalid. :)

  • give us a review of what guns you have

  • @JesseRoyle1 I have reviews on some of the firearms I own & I plan to continue to make more videos on the rest. If you are asking to see a video showing all of the firearms I currently own, I'll see if I can get to one in the near future.

  • @paul4073 Yeah, my Para Ordnance mags are working fine. I love them too. A 1911 carries great for me as well. Long guns are great, but you have to worry about over penetration. That is especially important if you live in close proximity to other people. I also have a long gun ready for home defense, but I like having the pistol ready as well.

  • @paul4073 I have had the magazines for 2 of my 1911s loaded since I got them and they function fine for me. I don't leave a round in the chamber unless I'm carrying though. A large revolver would be a good home defense gun in the right caliber. I just lean more towards pistols because I like them for my own reasons.

Thank you for watching and commenting.

  • i love you east coast accent

  • @TIKIMAN198 I would only consider legal immigration into any country.

  • how heavy i the triger pull on a berreta m92fs i hear that they were heavy?

  • @haloguy00 I don't know what the trigger pull would be off the top of my head. I don't own a Beretta 92, but I have shot them occasionally. The double action pull is probably around 10lbs., and the single action pull around 5lbs., but don't quote me on that.

  • what kind of m1911 is on the bottom it lokks rather small

  • @thegermanPFAU The firearm at the bottom is a Colt Mustang.

  • well for me id take the 1911 for say if i were a cop or for what i like doing is reenacting (wich it would be needed anyway! lol

but say i was going to a place that your not sure about like if there would be bad people might come around id take that snub nose (forgive me im unsure plus im not paying too much attention)

  • I like my Bond derringer - good video. Pepper spray is also a choice to consider.

  • @AmericanMale1953 Thank you. Peper spray will be in another video where I talk more in depth about the less than leathal options that are available and that I carry.

Thank you for watching and commenting.

  • thank you man

  • are you a cop?

  • all of them

  • are you Italian?

  • were did you get thoes gun

  • @sonjenruiu41 I purchased all of my firearms, except for my Sig P226 which I was issued, from a couple different gun dealers.

  • lack of structure makes it difficult to stay focus on the whole video. Maybe come up with a list of categories that you will be covering and stick to the point. Right now it seems to me a lengthy personal comments.

  • @arthur0930 My video is actually very structured. There are many different reasons that someone may choose a firearm, and I attempt to go through those reasons. I had been asked many questions about choosing a firearm, and that is why I made this series of videos. The problem with a list of categories is that my categories may not be the same as someone else, making the video irrelevant.

  • @arthur0930 As for personal comments, that's exactly it, everyone has different feelings on the subject. There are no hard and fast rules, so my personal experience is as good as anyone else's.

  • you also have to take in the ballistics and range of the gun

also take it out and fire it too test it and get used to firing it

  • you from new York state ?

  • @APiceOfPie I'm not going to say where I live or work.

  • @renegade410 ok i was just wondering because of you accent

  • @APiceOfPie doesn't sound like it...sounds more like a Massachusetts / New Hampshire area accent

  • This will be useful information for when I move to America, thank you.

  • love your videos i want to be a cop when i turn 21

  • Thank you. I'm glad you enjoy the videos.

  • @de328405 Cool man, I want to be a cop too, but I want to also work up to be a detective. I'm trying to get my bachelor's in criminal justice right now. You should maybe try and get your associates degree so you can get paid more.

  • What caliber is the name of the nice gun at the bottom? Great vid

  • The bottom most gun is a Colt Mustang in .380 ACP.

    Thank you for watching.

  • Dude are you American Italian? I heard about this race from Carlos Mencia. (I'm not from the state) Really like your ascent :)

  • No, I'm not. Thank you and thanks for watching.

  • Hey guys -.- Whats so bad about carrying all of those guns at once ? I mean, if you're out of ammo you don't have to reload,BUT if you waste ALL of them, then you're officially fucked.LOL! . and I was being sarcastic when I posted '' Why don't you cary all of them ? LOL . '' So shut the fuck up and learn to joke around a little bit you pieces of shit -.-

  • Absolutely

  • Is it practical to carry a sig p226 concealed? I know it's a full sized firearm, but I was wondering what you thought about carrying it inside the waistband? Thanks

  • If it fits your needs, then I think its practical. I carry a full size firearm concealed a lot. It fits what I feel I need, so its practical for me.

I can't really say about carrying inside the waistband because I don't use that method of carry.

    Thank you for watching.

  • Thanks man

  • Thank you for watching.

  • they are watching you guys

  • By the way, idk if you mentioned it - what kind of 1911 is that? It's the one that's on the right hand side, top of the row? Looks like it's a Colt judging by that gold emblem on the grip.

  • He says its a Para Ordnance SSP 1911 in 45 ACP

  • That is a Para Ordnance SSP 1911 in .45 ACP.

  • @renegade410 I'm going to buy my first gun, I looking at the Jericho 941, glock 17, beretta 92FS, or a ruger SR9. Which would u recommend?

  • I would say purchas whichever one fits your needs and your comfort the best. I can't say which one would be the best for you.

If you are looking for my opinion on the firearms I can say that (except for the Jericho, which I have no information on)they are all reliable and should suit many needs well.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you for watching.

  • The right gun for someone is the gun that feels most comfortable in their hand and that they shoot most accurately, and that they feel their life could depend on. For me, I found that to be the 1911.

  • That's exactly what I try and tell someone when they ask me.

I personall prefer the 1911 also.

    Thanks for watching.

  • @renegade410 - Glocks are also not bad guns either. I would highly recommend it if someone is not interested in a 1911.

  • @renegade410 - I believe you also explained in the video too that certain guns are for certain purposes, so it also depends on what the pistol is going to be used for - such as a service pistol or a carry pistol, or for target shooting, etc, etc.

  • nice video

  • Thank you.

  • If you are looking beyond the range and need something to defend yourself...1 go through a CCW course and 2 do not get anything smaller than a 9mm. I would recommend a Glock 19 or a Springfield XD.

  • o another cop

  • Good first gun, is a .22Lr pistol, they are cheap, accurate, learn to shoot, for 3cents a round, then move up IMO. can get a beretta neo22, for $300, .6.5in barrel. Similar to a 9mm, but its all in the balistics

  • I don't think I'm going to do a video on bump firing. Bump firiing is basically when you let the gun recoil without controlling it and let it bang against your trigger finger again to fire another round. In my opinion you would never want to bump fire because its a waste of ammo and it can be dangerous. If the muzzle starts to climb too much you could send rounds downrange over and beyond your backstop and that is dangerous and could cause damgage to property, or serious injury or death.

  • I'm not quite sure what you mean, but it can't be as sad as the guy who trolls on Youtube. Loser.

  • you shat on awhile lot sir

  • Hey Renegade410 I want to go into law enforcement and I want to go into the navy first for 4 years as a Master-At-Arms or Navy Corpsman does it help if you have experience in law enforcement like the Master-At-Arms or does it not matter?

  • Bem legal o vídeo.

  • The derringer? Those guns are great! Especially for shooting snakes.

  • A broom is not an effective tool for killing a snake, only pissing it off. The handle is designed to fit firmly in the palm of your hand b/c it fires a 410 shotshell or 45 long colt bullet. BTW it does have a handle it just looks small compared to the other handguns.

  • nice accent haha nice vid! but subscribe!

  • Thank you. Glad you liked the video. Thanks you for subscribing!

  • I agree he does have a cool accent doesn't he?

  • @love4christ71 He's from New Jawzee

  • @love4christ71 yea its a boston accent its cool:)

  • @bigbullet97 No, it's not, it sounds like an NYC/long island/NJ accent

  • @worcesteranon sorry but im not exactly american so boston nyc is kinda the same to me not a big deal jus cause i dont know what accent he has,:l

  • @bigbullet97 SRRY but im not exactly american so boston and nyc is practiccaly the same to me no big deal just cause i dont know what kind of accent he has ,:l

  • Nice vid. I just have one question, out of curiosity. How hard is it to get a concealed weapon permit in the US? I live in Canada, so I don't know anything about carrying/owning handguns, but I think I might move to the US later on. Thanks.

  • Thank you. It depends greatly on where you live. In some places it is impossible to own or carry a handgun (even though those laws are unconstitutional). In other places as long as you are an honest citizen you can readily own and carry a handgun. If you plan to move to the US find out the laws in the area you are planning to move to. Ask the local police, I'm sure they will be glad to help. Thanks for watching!

  • i know im PA you dont need a licence to buy or own a gun but you need one to conceal carry, but there easy to get, apparently

  • I don't really know too much about the laws in PA.

Thank you for watching and commenting.

  • This has been awfully helpful, not many people show a various assortment of different guns at the same time and compare them side by side and explain their purpose... pretty neat. keep on keepin' on!

  • Thank you. I'm glad I could help. I'm going to try and keep making videos when I get the time. I hope to get to some new ones on my days off this week. Thank you for watching!

  • Nice Video! First of its kind that I have ever seen. I appreciate you taking the time to help out. I have been looking for quite some time and have made my decision on a Sig P226.

  • Thank you! I'm glad that you liked the video and that I am passing on good information. The Sig P226 is a great firearm. I'm sure you will enjoy owning one. Thank you for your comment!

  • nice video but i dont need a holster and i love the look and feel of the glock why dont u like it?
